Engaged in the boiler as a domestic first-class production of large enterprises, Zhengzhou Boiler Co., Ltd., has developed into a staff of more than 1,500 people, including engineers and technicians 376 people, senior engineer 47 people; with the annual production of industrial boilers, 12,000 tons of steam boiler, pressure vessel more than 16,000 tons of metal and other 9 series more than 200 varieties of productive capacity.

Zhengzhou Boiler Co., Ltd adopts international standards to build large-scale union steel cross steel structure, good lighting, reasonable layout. The factory is well-equipped, has more than 1200 sets various types of equipments, among them 428 sets of major equipments. The key production equipments include two production lines of 20 end diaphragm wall and 6 end membrane wall, Serpentine pipe automatic welding operation machines, 1400mm gas burning car-bottom heat treatment furnace, 1600mm and 800mm rows tube bending machines, IFbender, cutting machines, CNC cutting machine, automatic submerged arc welding machine, 100mm radial drilling machine, automatic welding machine, etc. The technological equipments are in the domestic advanced level.
The company also is equipped with the most advanced testing equipment 76 sets, mainly include electromagnetic yoke flaw detector, universal testing machine, metallographic tester, X-ray detector, physical vertical flaw detector and other equipment to ensure product manufacturing quality.
